TYROXEN TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. INTRODUCTION
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the TYROXEN behavioural system (“TYROXEN”, “we”, “us”, “system”).
TYROXEN is a structured behavioural support system delivered via WhatsApp, designed to help users build consistency through daily behavioural rules, structured eating windows, and habit tracking.
By purchasing or using TYROXEN, you agree to these Terms.
2. IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER
TYROXEN is:
NOT medical advice
NOT a medical, nutritional, or psychological treatment
NOT a guaranteed weight loss or health programme
TYROXEN provides behavioural structure and accountability only.
You are responsible for your own health decisions. If you have medical conditions or concerns, consult a qualified healthcare professional before participating.
3. PRODUCT STRUCTURE & PRICING
TYROXEN operates on two tiers:
Activation Week
One-time payment: £3
Includes onboarding, behavioural setup, and initial level assignment
Subscription
£19 per month recurring
Provides continued access to behavioural system, WhatsApp delivery, and weekly evaluation
By purchasing Activation Week, you acknowledge that continuation into subscription is optional but recommended for ongoing access.
4. DELIVERY METHOD
TYROXEN is delivered exclusively via WhatsApp.
Users will receive:
Morning behavioural prompts
Evening check-ins
Weekly reflection summaries
System instructions and updates
No app or dashboard is required.
You are responsible for ensuring your WhatsApp number is active and accessible.
5. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
By using TYROXEN, you agree:
to provide accurate contact information
to engage with the system responsibly
not to misuse or attempt to disrupt the system
to understand that results depend on personal adherence
Failure to engage with the system may impact outcomes.
6. CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Cancellation options:
via Stripe customer portal (primary method)
via WhatsApp by sending: “STOP”, “CANCEL”, or “END”
Upon cancellation:
your subscription will stop billing immediately or at end of billing cycle (depending on Stripe settings)
WhatsApp messaging will be paused or stopped accordingly
your behavioural data may be retained for system continuity unless deletion is requested
7. CONTINUATION AFTER CANCELLATION
After cancellation, you may choose:
to stop messages immediately
OR
continue receiving messages until the end of your current billing cycle
This option may be presented via WhatsApp.
8. RESTART POLICY
You may restart TYROXEN at any time by sending:
“RESTART”
Upon restart, you may choose:
Resume previous level and historical progress
Restart onboarding (fresh evaluation and level assignment)
We reserve the right to reassess your starting level based on inactivity or behavioural history.
9. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
TYROXEN does not guarantee:
weight loss
behavioural change outcomes
habit formation success
health improvements
Results depend entirely on user engagement and adherence.
10. DATA COLLECTION & PRIVACY (GDPR)
We may collect and store:
name (if provided)
email address
phone number (WhatsApp)
behavioural logs (structure and habit completion data)
This data is used solely to operate the TYROXEN system.
We do not sell personal data to third parties.
You may request data deletion at any time by contacting support.
11. COMMUNICATION CONSENT
By using TYROXEN, you consent to receive:
WhatsApp messages
behavioural prompts
system updates
subscription and billing messages
You may opt out at any time by cancelling your subscription.
12. SERVICE AVAILABILITY
We aim to provide continuous service but do not guarantee:
uninterrupted WhatsApp delivery
system uptime
error-free operation
We reserve the right to modify or update the system at any time.
13. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
We may update these Terms occasionally.
Continued use of TYROXEN after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
14. LIABILITY LIMITATION
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
TYROXEN is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
TYROXEN is not responsible for health, financial, or personal outcomes resulting from use
15. TERMINATION
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if:
misuse is detected
system integrity is compromised
abusive behaviour occurs
